Q. Where can I get protocols for using your products?
A. We recommend performing an Internet search in order to find the protocol that best fits your experiments.
Q. What types of experiments are your products qualified for?
A. Our products are of molecular biology grade. We are confident that our products are of the highest quality and have been handled with the utmost care
Q. Where can I get the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) documents for the products I have purchased?
A. The MSDS are usually listed with the product as well as shipped with your items. If you do not find these documents, please email us at sales@sdbioscience.com and we will make sure to send you copies.
Q. How are your chemicals shipped?
A. We ship most of our products via FedEx. Some products require shipping via Next Day. That information is part of the product description. We will give you the option to request Next Day Air delivery if you place an order on or before Thursday. In general, orders that are placed on Friday will not ship until the following Monday (given that it it not a holiday weekend).
Q. What form of payment do you accept?
A. We accept purchase orders from most companies and universities. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express . If you are a new customer, we ask that you fill out our “New Customer” form to set up your account prior to placing an order. Q. How are your products stored?
A. Our products are generally stored at -20°C unless otherwise noted.
Q. How should I store my products upon receipt?
A. In general, you should store all of our products at 4°C or even -20°C in order to minimize degradation of the product.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. You may return most* new, unopened products received from SD Bioscience within 30 days for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective product, etc.) we will pay the cost of shipping to have the product sent back to us. If the return is a result of an error by the purchasing agent, the shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be in the condition you received them, in the original box and/or packaging and must be returned using the same shipping method as the original shipment.
